Exchange Strategies Corporation (“ExStra”) is a well-established §1031 exchange accommodator that tightly focuses its efforts on reverse and improvement exchanges. Our clients come from an expanding group of other §1031 Qualified Intermediaries that elect not to conduct some or all of these transactions and from a quickly growing community of CPAs and attorneys who appreciate the advantages of reverse exchanges and find our service levels and transaction excellence to be a refreshing alternative. We are considering the addition of an Exchange Coordinator and an Exchange Officer whose skills, experience and inclinations match the job descriptions found below.
