Because ExStra does not conduct deferred exchanges, we are an excellent partner for QIs that focus on deferred exchanges and elect to outsource the execution of reverse exchanges. We have developed a specific program for this type of relationship. The program provides for:

Attractive fee sharing for referrals by either ExStra or the Partner.
Co-marketing provisions including brand-able collateral, web-site content and joint selling activities.
The ability to perform reverse exchanges in split-mode whereby ExStra acts as the EAT and the Partner provides all other QI functions.
Special indemnification by ExStra to protect Partners against claims of negligent referral in case we fail to execute as we should.
