The ExStra philosophy is simple but powerful. We continually strive to provide the best reverse exchange services available while continually enhancing our processes to reduce risk for our Exchangors. The result is that our Exchangors know that their exchange is complete and complies with all known laws, regulations and relevant court actions. Furthermore, they know that ExStra cuts no corners when it comes to its own responsibilities and that they will not have issues during an audit – possibly several years after the conclusion of the exchange – due to the action or inaction of their Accommodator.
We are not the lowest priced provider of reverse exchange services. However, we challenge anybody to provide a better level of service for the price.
