We at ExStra feel strongly that our combination of experience, expertise, state-of-the-art processes and commitment to service simply cannot be matched by any other reverse exchange accommodator in the industry.

We also know that we still have to compete. We are often compared to other accommodators who offer their services at rock-bottom fees. We often choose to compete but prefer to do so on something resembling a level-playing field. This means that we’ll decline to match the price of an accommodator who considers reverse exchanges to be “loss-leaders” and has no intention of matching our commitment to thoroughness and responsiveness. We also won’t try to match those accommodators who’s initial fees are very low but who “nickel and dime” their clients with additional fees for other “services” that should be included in the price but aren’t. We have all encountered these pricing strategies in other contexts. We don’t engage in them.

We will, however, make the following guarantee: if you give us the “last look” and we agree to match the price, we’ll provide more value for your money than the competing accommodator.
